What the form collects

Your ZIP code, your description of the job, the checklist summary if you filled it in, your name, your email, and your phone number if you give one. Each submission also carries this website's name and a time stamp.

Where it goes

The form sends your request to the shared Our Landmen LLC intake in Google Firebase. The finalist.cc desk reads it, and its notification and review steps may copy it to team email accounts. We use it to write your scoping document and to reply to you.

Who we do not send it to

We do not send your request, your quote or your details to contractors. We do not sell what you send, and we take no payment from contractors for referrals.

The checklist on this website

What you type into the scope checklist stays in the page. It is not saved in your browser and is sent only when you send the form. The copy button puts the summary on your own clipboard.

Retention

We have not set a fixed retention period. Submitted requests stay stored until deleted. Please keep account numbers and identity documents out of the form.
