What this site is

pressurewash.directory is a door to finalist.cc, run by Our Landmen LLC. A person reads a pressure washing quote and writes a benchmark note, or reads a job description and writes a scoping document. We do not do pressure washing work, we publish no contractor list, and we do not send your request, quote or details to contractors.

What a note is and is not

A benchmark note or scoping document is a written read of what you sent. It is not a bid, an estimate, a booking or a judgment that a price is fair. The contractor you choose sets the method for the actual job, and your agreement is with that contractor.

The checklist

The scope checklist works out areas from the sizes you enter. Check your measurements before relying on it; a contractor will measure the job.
